The Dutch impact investment firm’s new fund has received backing from publicly-funded Invest-NL and development agency Oost NL, among other investors.

Three Dutch financial institutions are the latest investors in the impact investing cooperative’s Healthy Food Systems Impact Fund II, which is set to close later in 2023 with a target of €60m. 

The partnership aims to mobilise institutional capital for private sector projects in Africa via the ILX Fund I, which is backed by Dutch pension funds. It will also support a new fund set to be launched in coming months.
